To strengthen our LokPool team, we are looking for a

Locomotive Dispatcher

80–100% (m/f/d) | Frauenfeld

Do you have sound knowledge of vehicle dispatching, ideally locomotives, and are looking for a new challenge?

Your area of responsibility:

  • You will dispatch rail vehicles.
  • You will ensure optimal utilization of our rail vehicles.
  • You will prepare quotes and invoice orders accordingly.
  • You will order transport services and perform the associated transport calculations.
  • You will provide holiday cover for our ECM3 (maintenance planning).
  • You will plan the training for locomotive drivers and handle administrative tasks.
  • You will support the management in administration.

Your profile:

  • You have completed vocational training with several years of experience in administration and vehicle dispatching, ideally in rail transport.
  • You understand vehicle-specific components and keep track of complex processes.
  • You are an organizational talent, work in a structured and efficient manner, and enjoy dispatching.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office as well as very good German skills; French and/or Italian are an advantage.
  • You are interested in technology and enjoy further training.
